The owners of an Annville PA. residence got more than they bargained for after last friday evenings shocking discovery.After a long work week,the couple decided to cool down with a swim in their back yard pool. Mr. O. felt a vibration and saw the water rippling inside the pool. He asked his wife if she felt it, too. She did. And, they also heard a humming sound that quickly grew louder. Mr. O gave the following account of the series of events that transpired next: Next thing I know I saw the concrete joints between the poo ldeck & the pad start to widen and crack,First I saw what looked like a transparent blackish mass,then out of the crack came by the dozens,then hundreds,then thousands of terrifying flying creatures about the size of a banana. The heads looked like a fly ,only with larger deep jade green eyes & mouths with the incisors protruding out several inches long, with bat like wings & hairy legs & razor like pointed claws on the feet.In moments the yard & pool were enshrouded like a cloud of these horrifying prehistoric insects.They started to buzz & strike at our heads & ears. Then it happened,dive bombers,landing in my wife's & my hair & opening up our skin with deep clenching bites.,I grabbed my wife & pushed her head under the water .We both went down & held our breath with the our hearts beating out of our chest,I saw the pool vacuum head & hose at the deep end ,I had just vaccumed the pool before our swim.I swam frantically under the water & grabbed the hose & pulled it off the vac head & raced back to my wife,now gasping & about to go up for air,I put the hose to my mouth & blew out the water through to the surface & took 2 breaths in.I shoved the hose up to my wifes mouth,giving her the signal to breath by pushing my hands in front of my chest in a upward motion.She quickly confirmed it was working.As we passed the hose back & forth,caught our regular breathing & regrouped.Looking up to the surface,we saw a black swarm covering the entire pool all but blocking out the sun.These insidious monsters were just waiting for us to come up.Holding the air hose in my hand I could feel it starting to move around,I look & I see the hose getting dark on the inside,at 1st. a dark spot passing through it toward our end,then another dark spot, & another.My God,they are in the hose.What now???. I grabbed the end & held it over the pool water return jets on the pool wall,forcing water through .But,the dark spots kept coming,slower but still working their way into the end of the hose.I panicked again,my chest tight,my nerves pulsing.I looked to my wife & could actually see her crying,even under the water. I dropped the hose & hugged my wife & waited,I knew we would die in each others arms...
