Angry residents stormed the office of a Skokie management office on Tuesday to protest a lack of electrical service. "We know the management company had nothing to do with it" said one protester "but they always listen to us so we knew they would hear us politely." The angry mob, made up mostly of seniors over 80, threatened the management staff with angry grimaces and stern, threatening posture. They left without incident after the staff appeared to be stifling giggles.
