In recent studies the EPA has found the population of menhaden or bunker have been in sharp decline due to novice fisherman. Richard W. of Linden, NJ is the most recent and responsible culprit. Richard is Captain of the vessel Seawebs. It seems on recent trips he targets Striped Bass and bluefish but manages to wipe out entire schools of menhaden. A recent group has been established to deter Richard and his first mate Billy B. also of linden from massacring the menhaden pods. fuckseawebs has time and time challenged Richard to tournaments targeting species other than menhaden and he has declined. fuckseawebs will hold a council meeting within the upcoming weeks to prosecute Richard for over harvesting.
