Police arrest several local teens for terrorizing neighbors tuesday evening the evening of 7/18 in the area or minerva, ohio. The police recived several calls from local neighbors complaining of various screams and sightings of people just staring at houses and cars as they passed various sections of the local roads. They caught the teens on a farm on arbor road nw early wednesday morning. The urge neighbors to take caution as they travel and go outside of there houses incase other teens dare to repeat the stunt. They recomend to call local police if they see or hear anything strange.
