Williamstown business man Wayne E. Bixler 48 of Bix Trix Lettering was wrongfully put on house arrest charges on the doings of killing a common house fly at his place of business. The accused stated that the son of a bitch kept flying around his face as he was trying to design the next job contracted. The fly was stopped dead in his flight as the accused killed him while in flight in front of his face. Charges will be dropped in 15 days as the fly itself would have only lived that long anyways. Accused also stated that the 15 day house arrest will be used wisely as he has many designs to create anyways, not a big deal, untill the next pain in the ass fly copies his cousins flight path.
