West Virginia University's department of research has published a report showing that the average IQ of West Virginians to be a solid 19 compared to the average of 100 throughout the rest of the state. WVU determined the states IQ by determining how susceptible to fake news article the folks of our great state are. 98 out of 100 people sampled believed every article they read without taking 10 seconds to google search if the article was real. In other news, Russia has taken control of the state's natural resources.
