An upstate woman finds 100,000 on Melvin Hill Rd in Campobello S.C early Thursday morning. Reporter Tracy Roper says Debbie Helton is a resident that lived on Melvin Hill Rd. Helton states she was driving early Thursday morning when she saw a black bag in middle of the rd. Helton stated that she got out of her car got the bag and took it home then realized it was alot of money so she decided to call her local police department to see what she should do. The authorities said it was money that had been taken from a bank earlier this week. Helton was given a 500 reward.
