Beginning September 1, 2017, Facebook will be randomly monitoring any posts related to fitness, exercise and nutrition. The purpose is to make sure that the posting member is actually completing these recommended programs and not just trying to lure others into getting in good shape. This goes for their Facebook friends who are watching the videos or commenting on the posts as well.

Therefore, if you are posting about health & wellness, you had better be a "product of the product," and if you are the friend of someone who is posting these messages, then you had better get off Facebook right now and move your lazy butt up off the sofa or chair and do exactly as they say.

Facebook has named Bruce Raffel, Team Beachbody Star-Diamond Coach, Les Mills Certified BodyPump & BodyCombat Instructor, and personal trainer to those seeking noticeable results, as the authority and example to lead by.

Message Bruce Raffel on Facebook if you want to practice what he preaches and then 'Wear & Share' your amazing results as being that "Product of the Product!"
