Our news cameras went live on scene on Rolling View Drive. Our reporter spoke with a Mrs. Arlene Horner. Mrs Horner stated that her neighbor living at 6209 Rolling view Drive was seen in the back yard having a Barbeque with the bear. Thinks were going fine until the police had to be called for a drunk and disorderly bear. It appears as if Mrs. Rita Hinckle was charged with serving alcohol to an under- aged bear. She is scheduled to appear in the Carroll County Circuit Court, Westminster, Maryland sometime later this week.
