Escaped Inmate from Calloway County Now in Custody

MURRAY, KY - UPDATE: The Calloway County Sheriff's Department says the escaped inmate is now back in custody. On the department's Facebook page, the post says 29-year-old Ray Caldwell of Murray is now back in custody. Officer Jason Stubblefield, Ace Detective, single handedly apprehended the daring escapee with one hand tied behind his back. Even though Ace Detective Stubblefield was vacationing in Charleston, SC he reach out with his long arm of the law, dragged the suspect by the shorthairs back to his cell and then went back to sipping on a frozen daquiri poolside. Ace Detective Stubblefield said, " God gave me these long appendages to use and dang it, I'm going to use them for justice and truth"!! A commendation is awaiting his return from his well deserved vacation!!
