The tall ships festival is happening this week in the Halifax harbour.
According to Cindy MacDonald, (a Tourist) there have been huge rats climbing off of some of the ships. These rats are abnormally large, and it turns out they are European rats. There have been some tests run about these rats, and according to scientists at Dalhousie university, the rats carry deadly diseases. Property owners have been warned
