A local Artesia NM resident C.J. Carter was arrested today for letting Hog Poop in the House. This is a direct violation of City Ordinance H-101 (Hogs are not allowed to Poop in House Toilet). Carter could receive maximum Penalty of 10 months at the Local Hog Farm cleaning up Hog Poop with a spoon. Let this be a wake up call DONT LET HOGS POOP in the HOUSE.
