Wirral teenager Abigail Swift was arrested Friday evening after an alleged assault on an elderly woman in Liscard, Wallasey.
The teen was heard shouting "I just need 50p for a can of Emerge" outside Heron foods in Liscard shopping centre, and when the elderly woman explained that she had no change, Miss Swift knocked the distraught woman unconscious and performed what has then explained to be a 'battle cry' by shocked onlooking shoppers before fleeing the centre.
The pensioner is currently on life support and is explained to be in critical condition.
Miss Swift was also charged early this year with kidnapping of neighbourhood cats and posting 'death threats' through the doors of the animals rightful owners warning if they try to retrieve the animal she would take illegal action against them.
Miss swift is due to attend court on this matter late October while she will now wait to be served a second court date related too the latest assault charge.
