An extensive year long study revealed that people who are in possession of motorcycles are indeed motorcycle owners. Many such individuals have a history of motorcycle ownership in the past and have actively ridden a motorcycle in the past or continue to actively ride a motorcycle. Research had shown there are exceptions and some motorcycle owners do not actively engage with their motorcycles and allow other "non-owners" to ride their motorcycles. Local owners declined to comment on this article.
Special Ed, president of H.O.G. (Harley Owner Group) disputed spokesperson for all motorcycle owners, had this to say, "We are a group of Heavyset Old Geezers that own motorcycles and are motorcycle owners. We have run across numerous people that own motorcycles, and each one of them are motorcycle owners. That really amazes me. My road name Special Ed was given to me when I first prospecting for H.O.G. and I realize a lot of people that own motorcycles are motorcycle owners.
