In the past few months, Republicans have been the talk of the news other than North Korea. Now, the leader of the Democratic Party wants to install chips in them and in Liberals because of their "shady, grimy ways" said Tom Perez in an interview with CNN last week.
"I think we should wear chips inside of our bodies so we can retain the correct information so we can easily communicate and work out deals with the Republicans."
This comes after Trump and Democrats made a deal on something that angered the Dems ferociously.
