FBI launches sting operation, over 300 Spectrum Internet subscribers arrested

Howie in the Hills, FL., a small rustic community in Fl received a rude awakening. FBI agents in conjunction with FCC officials and other Federal agencies raided local home owners early this morning. The crime that was so severe to require this many officials-- illegal streaming of Hollywood movies not yet available for purchase. Hollywood is experiencing one of it's worse financial years, and blames the illegal streaming industry. Spectrum of Central Florida and the Tampabay area has been working with officials for the past 4 months, monitoring IP addresses of those who access the illegal sites. Android TV boxes with an app called "KODI" seem to be the biggest culprit according to officials and are currently being tracked and targeted along with computer IP addresses. The program easily installs on computers as well.
Sources claim over 2500 subscribers have been documented and will be charged within the next few days. Locals are upset with the timing because of the recent Hurricane disaster in the area. More information will be forthcoming as this story further developes.
