Phillip Haywood a St. Petersburg Florida native who now resides in Farmington Minnesota was apprehended by the DEA while boarding a flight to Atlanta with a cache of pills and crystal myth. Haywood vehemently denied that the drugs were his. Later a scuffle would ensue with a DEA Agent neck being broken by Haywood. He is currently being held in Hennepin County Jail under a 2 million dollar bond.
