A man from Hyattsville, Maryland named Vlad McNeally has been charged with public intoxication and solicitation of a wild raccoon.
Neighbors told police that they heard Mr. McNeally shouting, "Give me your horney hole!" while a raccoon was seen running from the man. Neighbors told police that Mr. McNeally was intoxicated and throwing empty beer bottles onto their manicured lawn.
When police arrived, Mr. McNeally was found passed out in the grass of his property.
Neighbors stated that Mr. McNeally was a "good person" who usually kept to himself. Mr. McNeally is being held in Hyattsville County Jail and bond is set at $100,000.00.
