Legislation in Kentucky just sealed the deal on a new reform bill that would keep any legalization of cannabis in the state from happening. Kentucky Governor Matt Bevin said in a interview that he does no endorse or support cannabis because he believes it stains our children's minds and would create more problems then solutions. Whether Bevin's decision is rational is up for debate but many Kentuckians are still in favor of legalization. A similar bill to pass in December of 2015 but was outvoted by the senate.
