One man is dead after a work-related accident at an BJ’s in northwest Alexandria City.
A worker (Christian Collins) died Friday afternoon at 101 S Van Dorn st. Officials say the man hooked up a new Iphone 8 to a charger and the phone blew up in his face. Alexandria City Police had no statement to make when asked about the whereabouts of the body and whether or not he had recived the proper medical attention and/or tried to revived on the scene.
