Any dwelling that is found to have over 25 ppm, of ANY strain of Negra Moldella Esporicai will be ordered to vacate immediately, and any renters or home owners refusing to leave will be escorted immediately away from the premises by Law enforcement officers. Have a plan B ready in the event that black mold is found in your home. No personal items will be permitted to be taken as black mold infiltrates clothing and all porous material.
