FL-04/01/2015 Pinellas county coroners office confirmed that Oliver O'Meara was pronounced upon arrival to the Tampa Memorial Hospital on Friday night. Cause of death was "respiratory arrest due to inhalation human feces odor."
Mrs. O'Meara admitted to had just finished using the toilet when her husband walked in and immediately fell to the floor. Mrs. O'Meara had just got home from a girls night out with her friends who went to a Mexican restaurant for tacos.
The restaurant, located on Tamarac Ave, has been shut down by health authority and is now under investigation. If found guilty, restaurant owners and staff could face prison times.
