In a recent and startling development, sources from the CIA and Defense Departement have released documents that seem to show proof that the North Korean government have been developing weapons with the help of a "non Earthly regime" and in exchange are building a "hydro station" that will use sea water to power their "interstellar spacecrafts". A "person of interest" in these startling new reports is the ex basketball star Dennis Rodman and it is said that he has been in "human disguise since the early 1960's". As absurd as these reports may seem, the documents are currently being examined by the White House and there is expected to be an Address to the Nation within the hour.
