17 year old Joseph Patrick Walsh or "Lumber Jack Joe" of Scranton was charged with 37 accounts of rape and murder. Walsh was arrested on the charges late Saturday night at his home. The convicted felon was quoted on saying "I am going to rape every sing girl in North East Pennsylvania." He begins trial Tuesday afternoon claiming he is not guilty.
