13 year old teen identified as Mohammed Alif, wandering around Crossbay Blvd, Queens with a younger kid, identified as Araf Uddin approximately around 7 pm. Sources later found out the accident was a hit and run, the teen is in critical condition but the younger kid is in safe condition.
