A local man is in custody tonight and is accused of being the Chesapeake gooch sniffer. Terrence Kellam, a Chesapeake resident of 45 years, said that he woke up to a breezy sensation around his gooch during his afternoon nap. Able to get a good look at the man, Kellam called the police with a description of the intruder, eventually leading to the arrrest of the gooch sniffer.
