The local Joliet resident was streaking on Leawood Drive in Joliet Monday afternoon, Police say. The man was running from a “crazy girlfriend” who set fire to all of his clothes after she found multiple emails being exchanged between him and another women.
Police say the man will released but the girlfriend will be admitted for treatment.
