Michael Shreve, 21, of Ashville NY was caught sucking off another man behind a local corner store, for 4 cigarettes and a pack of gum. When apprehended he simply stated that "A nigga gotta do, what a nigga gotta do." He is being held at Jamestown Police Department on a bail of 42 cents. More to come as the story develops.
