Plans are in action to build the biggest nightclub Northern Ireland has ever seen in 2018 in the county down seaside town of Bangor.
The dwindling site of the Flagship will be transformed into a huge venue with a host of other joint premises including restaurants, gambling venues and possibly a strip club.
It's thought the venture will bring an array of much needed employment to the town.
