Rockdale PD said animal cruelty charges were filed Monday after investigating a desterbing 911 call were a local man was rushed to the ER where doctors had to remove a live hamster from has anus. The man's name has not been released but it's been reported that pictures of the same man have recently shown him taking part in this kinda sick behavior.
