Earlier today, around 7:00 p.m. two teenagers were shot and killed on the Northeast side of Indianapolis. Police say the car may have been stolen and suspects took matters in their own hands.A near-by witness seen it all "Three suspects got out of the car at a red light and shots were fired" she says. We will not be releasing this witness name.When paramedics and officers arrived the two teens were unresponsive. Police do have suspects in custody. The teens are identified as 17-year old Toney Hodges and 16-year old Joqies Dixson.We will update you with further information
