Anyone caught posting and or creating memes using Kermit the Frog image will be subject to a fine of a minimum of $15000 to a maximum of $225000 and or imprisonment of a minimum of 10 years to a maximum 35 years. This will be in effect beginning November 31st of 2017. Kermit the Frog is a character owned by Muppets INC.
