As of October 23, 2017 the community of Abraham Vineyard decided to override the appeal that was placed by Mr. Chawkey Belser to continue to reside at his current address in the vineyard. There has been complaints of fast driving, fights, and a list of disturbing things going on for the last year. If he has not sold and/or vacate the property the state will be notified and an foreclosure notice would be placed.
