Southern Pines resident, George DeLise was busted early Saturday morning after knowingly inciting mass hope and jubilation when he announced that he had won $250,000.00 on a scratch ticket. When reached at his Southern Pines residence, Mr. DeLisle explained, "I was just trying to show the people of our great country that I, just like our President, Donny Trump, can release in print, Fake news that will get the people excited and incite a feeling of euphoria and trust in what has been said or printed, while in reality, it was a hoax all along. BUT unlike Donny, I'll admit, none of it was true".
