Brittany N. Dodge, 21 of Terra Alta was arrested Saturday morning after athorities saw miss Dodge walking down the street in Oakland MD topless. When approached the defendant told the officers that she was just trying to show off her nipples. Dodge then tried to flee when officers attacked her to the ground. Dodge then made some inappropriate comments before being shoved into the cop car. She is currently being held on a 50,000 dollar bond.
