Dillon Betler 18 of Kingwood, WV was arrested early morning on Saturday the 28 on multiple hunting violations that includes Hunting from a motor vehicle, shooting before daylight, shooting within 500ft of a dwelling, shooting illegal game, Carrying a loaded fire arm in a motor vehicle. Betler is being held at Tygart Valley Regional Jail on $7,000 bail.
