According to police, the passerby called police at about 12:10 p.m. to report the two people.
While investigating the incident officers found both Zuniga and Ordonez had items in their possession taken from an address in the 200 block of North Weston Avenue. Officers retraced the path taken by Ordonez before he was apprehended and found additional items reported stolen, police said.
