Uniquee Hurtado, 18, just recently moved into the City of Wilkes-Barre this past month and Luzerne County this past year. Mr. Hurtado was walking the streets of Wilkes-Barre and authorities were wondering why. The police approached Mr. Hurtado and asked him what he was doing, Mr. Hurtado replied with "I'm new to W-B, I'm lookin' for a place to ball up. I use to ball up in Old Forge with the boys when I lived there, but I moved here. Is there any good places to ball up at?" The police told him that 9 o'clock was far too late to look for a place to play basketball and told him he must go home. Mr. Hurtado then ran from the police to find a place to play basketball... the police eventually found him and tackled him. Mr. Hurtado is facing up to 10 years in prison for these charges.
