Witness reports claim to have seen the suspect, Seth Oettinger, roaming the streets of Lancaster, Ohio. He is wanted for armed robbery. He is said to be only be armed with claw finger rings in which he used to threaten a cashier at a Chipotle and stole not only everything in the register, but the food as well.
