Police say Brandy Michelle Owens of glenburnie md was pronounced dead at the hospital
The Anne Arundel county Police Department says Owens was walking home from being with a friend before 8 pm when she was struck. Witnesses tell police that the vehicle that hit Owens did not stop and fled the scene.
Police say the vehicle is a gray or silver Chrysler PT Cruiser made between 2006 and 2010. They say the car should have front-end damage. They’re asking anyone with information about the suspect to contact authorities.
