Stuart Findlay of Whitehill, Hamilton, has been imprisoned for a minimum of 5 years for public indecency. Findlay has had previous encounters with the law before for similar charges but this one does indeed take the cake. Findlay was believed to have just finished work at the time of the incident where he was caught in his transit van in public traffic with his pants around his ankles and a picture of Mrs Sanders taped to his steering wheel. Findlay had this to say in front of judge Powrie yesterday at 1425 "Can ye blame me, big John's got it good up in that big lighthouse. I understand I should have waited until I was in the privacy of my own home, but as I say, can you fuckin blame me?" It was at this moment Mr. Findlay was prosecuted to 5 years imprisonment.
