You already hear about 3 strike rule. 9-11 dispatches will start hanging up the phone calls on third call on a repeat offender. Narc-an will not be used to revive you since its your choice. Due to recent protests and petitions this has been taken off the table. This is due to budget released to the city last week at city council meeting. Now police and DEA taskforce are working together to get rid of these repeat offenders. First call Narc-an will be administered. You will have 30 days to pay the bill. If not, it will result in a fine of 500 dollars which will be enforced. 2nd call, you automatically have $1000 dollar fine plus emergency services bill. 3rd call will be mandatory prison sentence of 3 years. After the prison sentence you will be placed on a newly developed list which will be released end of 2018. This list will be accessible to the public, employers, and can affect your future job employment. So everyone needs to sign up for rehab now. This will take effect November 17,2017.
