Monday October 30th, 18 year old Aliyah Green was fatally shot to death on 3800 w Polk St at 4:55pm by whom witnesses say a male wearing an red hoodie under a leather coat wearing blue jeans and and a pair of his all white g fazos .
She was pronounced dead at the scene... prayers go out to the city of Chicago.
