Last weekend in Ashford, Kent, a teenager was supposedly looking for sex when he broke into a couple’s home and ended up having a bad night.
A neighbour reported that, after the 17-year-old entered the residence around 10:20 p.m., the woman of the house dialed emergency services while her husband ran to get the shotgun.
“Stay away from me,” the wife warned the naked kid, “you will get shot.”
The woman told the 999 dispatcher that the suspect was “probably on something.” That’s when he lunged at her and grabbed her by the neck.
The wife began screaming, and the husband bolted out of the darkness like Chuck Norris in Pac-Man pajamas and fired a shotgun round at the suspect. The shell hit the woman in the shoulder and some of it ricocheted into her eye. The suspect was also hit in the back.
But, while the husband was apparently taking care of his wife, the suspect ran out outside. As police were rushing to the residence, the husband then took towels and exited the home to care for the teen’s gunshot wound. And that’s when he found the kid jacking off on the porch.
“When police officers arrived on scene, he was still highly sexualized,” according to one police spokesperson. “When the officer attempted to arrest him, he assaulted the officer in the groin area.”
The teenager was then rushed to the hospital and is expected to make a recovery. Then, he will face charges related to burglary, attempted sexual assault, attacking a officer and public indecency.
The suspect’s dad said that the kid’s been under a lot of pressure lately. “He just seemed a little off, like he wasn’t really himself,” the father said. “He’s been under a lot of stress lately with graduation and everything.”
