Just months after Gucci Mane's release from federal prison, he was already on his grind. Gucci Mane set out to start from scratch and build his 1017 empire once again. Now named 1017 Eskimo Group, Mr. Mane has made signings like Lil Wop, Ralo and now Julito Guwop. Who is Julito Guwop and why was he signed? No one really knows. All that is known is that he has been a Gucci Mane aficionado for quite some time now. He has even stated that he would tattoo Gucci's infamous Ice Cream Cone on his chest.
