A man by the name of Chris Cappin was standing on the 1200 block of Avers when a black mini van pulled out of the alley and starting shooting. Cappin pulled a 100 round drako machine gun and fired all 100 rounds leaving the shooters and driver brutally shot to death. Police say there was blood everywhere
