Greater Manchester police are on the look out for 37 year old Steven Maloney. Maloney from Standish Wigan is wanted in connection for sniffing bike seats in and around the Wigan area. The public are urged not to approach"Sniffer Steven" especially if you're riding a bike and to contact the police immediately.
