Merseyside police have released this screenshot off an elderly ladies CCTV camera looking for information on the whereabouts of the offender after the man has been seen urinating on her wall outside her house.
The man is believed to be a local man as this is not the first incident reported to Merseyside police including more CCTV of the offender which we have deemed not suitable for public viewing due to the sexual nature of him wind-milling or helicoptering his penis towards the camera (the footage can be viewed via the following website http://www.penisland.com viewer discretion is advised ).
Merseyside police have asked for any other incidents similar to this to be reported to crimestoppers or your local police station .
