20-year-old Jacob Martin of Saint Albans, VT will appear before the Supreme Court in December facing charges relating to a plot to commit premeditated acts of violence against Democratic Party voters in his hometown. Incriminating, detailed plans to engage in "street sweeping operations" with "right wing death squads" were discovered on his personal computer and cell phone earlier today by Vermont State Police and FBI agents, who arrested Martin at his residence.
