A search is on for tracking down a local Welsh man in his early 30s who drives a Skoda Octavia (greyish in colour).
There is belief by local police that this man is conspiring an unlawful business in selling stolen dogs.
He has been spotted by a witness to be parking outside of a house in the RCT where 3 dog's reside before setting off back home in the grey Skoda Octavia.
The man is roughly 5'11, with a buzz cut and a large beard. He is more than often wearing polo shirts with jeans.
He often travels with a female with dark hair and 2 children (one with red hair the other with brown) in this vehicle who we feel may be at risk of this unlawful business, there is thought that his plan is to disguise the children as small Pomeranian dogs and sell them for a large quantity of money.
We urge you to get in touch if you see this man as he is a danger to the Welsh community.
